Had to take our dog at 2 AM. Knew it was her time.
very professional and courteous staff
Drs and the techs were compassionate.
Reasonable costs considering 24 hr emergency service.
We had a ferret emergency one night. I called them and they said they had never dealt with one before, but they would have a look and do their best to help our little girl. As soon as we got there, they took her back to work on her. They did their very best and saved her! Thank God for them! They called every day to give an update.
I brought my cat in and was checked in right away. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. There was a long wait due to more critical cases that were brought in after me, but my cat was still seen quite quickly. She was treated overnight and ready to go home the next morning. While the cost was higher, it was expected for emergency care.
