Got a notice on my door saying they were doing work at my house 10/25 and they were at my road on 10/29. Been having plumbing issues for 3 days (two of my neighbors have as well). Sign on the door says to call local representative but no name or number listed. Can’t reach anyone on the number listed for Suncoast. Looks like I’ll be paying a plumber to come out to fix whatever has been screwed up but reading reviews online, it seems this is a common issue after this company comes.

I have been complaining about some issue I have been having since they did some work on my road. All they can do is say it’s not our fault. They were supposed to send someone back out and no one never came. It cost me over $600 to fix the problem and I called to let them know but no return call. I would not recommend them at all. Very unprofessional. The first supervisor that was notified wanted to know about where the good seafood was instead of the issues going on! 🤬🤬
