What an amazing storing. I use to travel to NYC to get all of my products. I randomly pick this store. Omg was I glad to find it. Everything you can possibly want for skin, nails and hair cate is right in this lovely store. Especially if you don't get to make your hair or nail appointment and you need to glam yourself up before your date night. Urban beauty has got you!!!. Their price is also very decent. The people who works there are very welcoming, pleasant and knowledgeable of the products that is carried in the store. This store is very neat and clean I highly recommended this store.

Yaya was our sales person, she was absolutely incredible. Her knowledge and sensitivity on the subject of hair loss was Extraordinary. We absolutely recommend this business to everyone. I hope the owner of this beauty supply store knows he has an amazing employee. Ya Ya made our day!!

I can't remember the last time I received such great customer service in a retail store. My boyfriend and I came in on a mission for a few items for our Halloween costumes. We needed a little help finding things and all 3 of the staff members we spoke with went above and beyond to help us. I'm super impressed. We live in Queens but coming here is definitely worth the drive.
