My husband and I went in the store yesterday. We are in the market for desks and chairs in our home offices. We looked around and found one or two items that we were interested in, but no one EVER approached us and asked if they could help. In fact, two employees stood just feet from us discussing something, and both of them walked away without so much as a glance our way. I'm not going to flag down someone to wait on me, especially since there were several employees on the store. As we exited the store there were no less than FIVE employees hanging around the front of the store, and none of them appeared to be doing anything productive. Refused to make a poster. I had a friend make one and they said it was copyrighted. It was not.
