This company deserves 10 stars from me! Keith went above and beyond to help me in an emergency situation. I own a VW and drove off with my keys on the roof, got home and was unable to start my car after I had shut it off. This happened the night before I was scheduled to leave for family vacation in Florida. I called every locksmith on the coast and everyone told me I HAD to go thru the dealership. The dealership told me it would take 3-5 days to receive the key fob then have my car towed there. When I spoke to Keith he was able to come to my residence that day and get us on the road that day!

was able to order and cut new key for less than the dealership, and was able to do it conveniently at my home and I didn't have to tow the car as the dealership requested. great communication and friendly service.
