My situation was with a lost trailer hitch key and cheap locks. The person at the business at the time honestly told me he could not help me but, he told me how to help myself. Oh yes! I followed his instructions and problem is solved. It took me 4 hours to cut the locks and with patience, no damage to the bumper.

Omg they were the biggest help ever! From being very nice when I called to their tech coming out to give me a new key am programming it ! Monday I drop my entire keys in a puddle of water while getting over work after drying my keys I tried to start my car an it wouldn’t start , I called around to other places/locksmith but they were charging an arm & a leg ,& being under certain circumstances I wasn’t able to pay their prices , I finally found this lock tech , & from the moment the owner answered the phone I knew they were the one & sure enough they was !!! Anyone have any problem with anything dealing with their keys , this place is the place to go to!
This company deserves 10 stars from me! Keith went above and beyond to help me in an emergency situation. I own a VW and drove off with my keys on the roof, got home and was unable to start my car after I had shut it off. This happened the night before I was scheduled to leave for family vacation in Florida. I called every locksmith on the coast and everyone told me I HAD to go thru the dealership. The dealership told me it would take 3-5 days to receive the key fob then have my car towed there. When I spoke to Keith he was able to come to my residence that day and get us on the road that day!
