Like a 1950s TV show, our cat Jasper got herself stuck in a tree. She's been there since Wednesday. We tried six ways to Sunday and haven't been able to get her down on her own. Folks said they'd help and never showed or called. Folks said leave her food out and she'll come down on her own but its been almost a week and you could see from the ground that she'd lost weight (she was a FatJass). Yesterday a gentleman named Mike with Stump N Grind showed up, assessed the tree and said he'd be back in the morning (the lift was on a another job). When we woke up Jas was still whining in the tree so I called this morning to confirm if they could still come. How about they were already on the way! They were next to my baby in less than 30 minutes and Jasper was so weak she let them take her off that branch and didn't try to escape. These men were ALL so kind and professional. I probably thanked them too many times but grateful is an understatement! I will never stop recommending this company! LET THEM GRIND YOUR STUMPS!!! (and more)
I simply could not be more impressed with Mr. Mike and his crew. These guys worked their butts off in some pretty miserable temperatures last weekend taking out some trees around our house. It’s a bad day to be a tree when SNG pulls up because these guys do not mess around. We really appreciate yall, thank you again!
I am beyond impressed with this business and all its employees. Our cat Yaro made the poor decision (zero survival instincts…) to climb a large oak tree and proceeded to freeze in place for 24 hours about 40’ in a tree on one of the coldest windiest days of the year. I called and messaged a few different tree experts in search for help. In total, I reached out to 3 different companies and Stump N Grind Tree Service was the only business willing to help. They were very friendly and professional. They genuinely cared about helping get the cat down in the cold weather and that meant a lot to us. We are very thankful they were able to help and that they came far out of their way to do so. They were quick, safe and efficient and most importantly they were successful in the “cat rescue” operation. I’m certain they are very good at tree trimming/removal as well judging by the communication, professionalism and attention to detail that we experienced working with them.
