Melanie was great!!! We knew what school district we wanted to be in so our options were limited due to location, but she showed us houses and properties and gave us pros and cons for all. We spent a few weeks working out contracts and finances with a house but it fell through unfortunately. She helped us with options and we ended up finding a property.
