Very rude and ugly Vivian that works in there. She doesn't need to be in customer service position at all. U can't talk to people down the way She did me. Luckily I got up and walked off without cussing her out. A simple I'm sorry I can't cause you have no mins on your phone would of been better Tyan what she said
The lady act like she didn’t want to help me! Also when she was asking me questions and I answered them honestly!!! I just felt like she thought I was lying! I WILL NEVER BE BACK! I don’t know if it was because I was black or what but I won’t be back!!!
