((Columbus)) We had a wonderful experience! It took some time from booking to the actual installation, but that’s just how it goes in these times when skilled employees can be difficult to find and materials can be scarce. The two guys that installed our windows were FANTASTIC! I really can’t say enough about them. They did an excellent job, were quick, and they cleaned up every bit of mess from the job. You truly could not tell they had been in our home doing work other than seeing the beautiful windows. The one gentleman was so polite and took the time to walk me through what all they did, how the windows work (safety features, locks, etc), how to open them for cleaning. I know who we will be calling in the future as we continue to replace old/broken windows!! 10/10 recommend Window World- or at least the two guys who installed the windows!
