Mark and his son Andrew, and the entire crew of Weathers is no doubt the best HVAC install and service I've ever done business with. They are professional, prompt and get the job done while being respectful and straightforward. After getting service and eventually a new unit (old one was 20 years old when I first bought my house) from them, I won't be using anyone else for these needs as long as Weathers is in business. Andrew Weathers and his team provide unparalleled customer service that I never expected to find in Columbus, MS. My HVAC system was a botched home install job by the previous owner and had multiple mystery problems that no one could figure out. Andrew himself came out multiple times to critically analyze the situation and find creative solutions. They never once suggested to rip it out and pay them a bunch of money to put a new one it.
