Katie cut my 1.5 year olds hair a few days ago and did such a good job! She sang with him and kept him distracted, and his haircut looks so good! Will definitely be bringing him back to see her again.

First time to visit & was a great experience. My grandson had his mullet style reshaped & trimmed. The stylist was friendly, listened well to what he wanted & helped us make decisions about how his hairstyle should look. He's 10 so he really didn't know exactly what he wanted, but with her patience & questions we came up with a good plan & the haircut came out looking awesome. We will definitely go back. Our stylist was 'Katy'.

1st chair on left at front window, worse haircut I've ever had. By the time I realized where cut was it was to late to straighten out. Unless we went with #2 shear attachment through my entire head. After my first bad review Tough Guy's contacted me within 1 hour or so and offered to recutting my hair to my Satisfaction or give me a full refund. Drove back and young lady fixed me right up. this was my first visit to Tough Guy, I spoke with yough lady that first cut my hair when I returned and she was apologetic and we both decided we were just not on same page how I wanted my haircut
