Excellent service, quick response and reasonable price. My washing machine drain was backing up. I called around 12:30 pm. They arrived around 1:30 and was finished by 2:00pm. Will definitely use again.

On Saturday there was a 42 home drainage backup. Roto rooter sent out Plumber Justin Booker. He is in in 20s. This was a job for at least 3 plumbers. My wife and I can tell he arrived with a plan . He went to the outside drain covers and drain lines immediately. He attacked the horrific build up in the drain pipes that was in the whole neighborhood caused by 3 homes. He was very professional in his conversation and assured that he was going to fix the problem quickly. Residente were going to the store to use the bathroom. Very happy with the clearing of our mainline today. Everything was backed up in the house. The guys were here no more than 45 minutes. And fixed all the problems. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Roto Rooter! And the price was EXTREMELY reasonable. Will definitely do business with them again. Thank you!
