My cuticles were cut so much they bled. The “manicurist” stated that I have sensitive cuticles. I’ve NEVER bled before during a manicure. He should not have a license for this! I walked out before it was over. DO NOT GO HERE!

Owner is terribly rude. She shouted at me in her language because I refused to get my nails done after she rudely told me she'd get to me when she could. She did this in front of customers, too! I could hear her even after the door closed as I gracefully walked out. Extremely rude, nasty and unprofessional. And I was POLITE and she was still nasty. I refuse to do business where I am not respected. Thats nonsense when you are paying for a service.

Took my step-daughter there to get her nails done for prom and all she got was French tip short, they charged her $66. And when asked why it was over charged when there pricing saids $35. They refused to explain very rude yelled at her and me. They kept cutting her and making her bleed and had to wipe away the blood to do her nails.. been going here years but never again very disappointed.
