I see the review below and must say I’ve been a customer with this group of people since before James Pest Management bought them and they have been exceptional in all aspects of the business. Brandy and Dawson are without question top notch people that I know go out of their way to do a great job. I have enough faith in them I gave Dawson a key to my house in case I was not home when he was scheduled. I’ve never had a billing problem so I would recommend them 100%.

Great service when I lived in Memphis.
My only complaint is when I moved out of state they would not take me off their service and kept calling me for appointments. This is after I sent emails to Tina and called several times. I just sent my last email (I hope) to Linda. If it persists I will update this review. If it is resolved then this review will stay the same.
