I began the program at Flexx with severe back pain. After adjustments and rehab with Dr. Thomas and Alex I have no back pain! The entire Flexx team makes you feel better with kindness and genuine happiness to see you every time you walk in the door. I enjoyed every workout even though there were a few exercises I didn’t love. However, it was all worth it because now I can play golf without pain meds! Thank you Flexx Team for giving me a pain free life again!

I am currently going to FLEXX. I went from living in the daily shadow of debilitating spinal pain that affected everything- to my pain being a shadow of what it once was. Their approach of adjustments along with physical therapy are what makes them stand out. I started feeling the results within just a couple of weeks. I am truly amazed at how the seemingly small movements create such huge results. I highly recommend the wonderful team at FLEXX!
