I began the program at Flexx with severe back pain. After adjustments and rehab with Dr. Thomas and Alex I have no back pain! The entire Flexx team makes you feel better with kindness and genuine happiness to see you every time you walk in the door. I enjoyed every workout even though there were a few exercises I didn’t love. However, it was all worth it because now I can play golf without pain meds!
