Responsive and knowledgeable. They installed my system two years ago. System just went out over the weekend. It was just a capacitor. They arrived within 90 minutes of my call, fixed the issue. Explained it. Polite and courteous. Spencer rocks!
I've never had good dealings with HVAC people. I've always walked away thinking I just got taken or lied to.But I recently moved to MS and I knew I wanted a smaller company to handle my needs so I called them up. Spencer showed up within 20 minutes, diagnosed the problem almost immediately and set to work on solutions.I followed this dude around like a creeper, asking all kinds of questions (because I know nothing about HVAC stuff and was really curious). Both times I have had issues with my home a/c, I have called them and gotten a response the same day, as well as having my issues fixed on the same service call. Highly recommend them if you are having problems with your a/c.
