Jacob was FANTASTIC!! He was very knowledgeable! He taught me I had a year warranty on my lenses and had the claim submitted in no time! He also gave me suggestions on what style would work for me (with my prompting). Let me also mention the Doctor was great as well as Leslie and Isabel. The whole staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Dr. Pankey is an excellent doctor. He shows your eye on computer and understandably discuss your eye health care with you. His professionalism has earned his position as my Optometrist.

I love Optical 2000 I brought my daughter here to get here eyes examine and she needed glasses she was in 5th grade going to middle school when she got her glasses then I started wearing glasses 3 years ago and I new exactly were to come to get my eyes examine they are very quick with appointments and very friendly very nice and clean atmosphere they make you feel at home they are awesome
