Do not use their service!!! The worst customer service I have ever seen. It took him till the end of November of 2024 to finalize my 2023 return, after I told his receptionist that I’m flying in from Texas and will be there first thing in the morning. My return was miraculous ready when I got to his office. I would call every week and it would be the same excuses. “He has someone in his office.” Or “He’s on the phone with someone.” I would ask them to relay, to call me back. But I never received a call back. Then he didn’t even itemized my return like he was supposed. Which cost me thousands in taxes due.
