Kim and her mom are always great! We love coming in and seeing them. Not only do they always treat us like family but they always listen to what we want and do their very best to give us the best experience! My mom, grandma and myself love Luxe!!!

The customer service is wonderful, everyone is nice , but this one worker was extremely rude with my daughter when she was getting her nails done, my daughter is young and i guess she was moving her hand too much. And he was just rough with her and i didn’t like it at all but i understand when it’s getting late and they are ready to head home but I would like if you guys tell your staff that they need to learn not to get so frustrated.

I will never go anywhere else! Best staff, always friendly …. And the service is EXCEPTIONAL! Everything is always spotlessly cleaned and sanitized ! You will be extremely happy with any service at this Spa !! BEST EVER!!!Services: Pedicure
