Timbos is the only plumber in the Cleveland area that drops everything to assist. It’s currently 8:30 at night and Timbos just left. Another plumber was so mean to me and told me he wasn’t coming tonight. I called Timbos and he immediately came. I will not be using anyone but Timbos moving forward

I have had ongoing plumbing problems for more years than I care to admit. I have never dealt with a nicer, more persistent and honest plumbing company. Chris and his crew showed up on time, each time, and Chris was determined to get to the "root" of my problems. He was willing to listen and address my concerns and his work ethic is like nothing I've seen. He is actually enthusiastic about plumbing. On top of all of this, he and Timbo have very big hearts.
