Customer service seems to be a thing of the past. Trying to get scheduled and maintain a schedule is like pulling teeth. We have had superb experiences in the past but lately, it is just....disappointing. Still waiting on the service technician to call me back to schedule an appt.

They came the same day they were called. Don was so respectful, and a joy to become acquainted with. After past behaviors, I was kind of shell shocked. I was pleasantly surprised by Don; He was so nice. Attitude is a small thing that makes a huge difference. I will be getting pest control for my house regularly.

There was a creature moving around in our attic. We called the professionals at Rogers Entomological, and with the careful placement of the appropriate traps the varmint has now been eradicated! Many thanks to the friendly technician for his excellent work.
