Knight Environmental services were my hero’s today! Our 69’ home that we bought in July decided to clog up right at the septic tank leading us to think it was full. This was Christmas Eve and we went until Monday after (5 days) without plumbing. We were pretty desperate. I called first thing when Knight’s opened and even though they had a full schedule they were able to come fix all our issues! They were so nice, helpful, informative, and efficient! I would recommend them to anyone!
Highly recommend Knight Environmental Services!! Their customer service in the office and on the job site is top-notch. They are always considerate and willing to help in any way possible! We appreciate them greatly!!
They sent someone out very quickly, who gave us a quote that was reasonable, we accepted and they quickly did the job. There are no problems with the unit and it’s now much easier to access. My only issue was mud on the patio and a little bit of tree debris. Small price to pay for our sewage treatment system to be operating well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
