“I wanted to leave Trey a great review at Bankston Fence Company. I ended up having to back out of our new construction deal but if I need a fence I will call Trey. Out of all the fence companies I got quotes from he was the most professional. He demonstrated the most professional and knew more about the materials and position of the fence in the yard more then the other companies I talked with. Bankston put our fence up at the house we have now and on a new fence I definitely will call Trey at Bankston fence company.“

“The crew that worked on taking down my old fence then putting my new one up was great. The only problem I had was that once I paid the deposit, there was no contact between me and the company. They were supposed to schedule a date to show up for the work, which they didn’t. The crew showed up on a random day and we were not prepared for that. It wasn’t the crews fault because they were doing what they were told to do. The QA specialist that came out was professional and pointed out some stuff they were going to do to come and fix that he didn’t like. He said my sales rep would contact me about that and have been waiting for over two weeks about that. Again the crew that came out was great, the company itself needs to do better with communication with their customers.“
