MEA Medical Clinics - Byram Clinic receives high praise for its caring and professional medical staff. Patients describe the doctors, including Dr. Dew and Dr. Carlton, as incredible, thorough, attentive, and genuinely caring. The nurses and front desk staff are repeatedly called awesome, sweet, and professional. Many report positive experiences where the doctors listen carefully and create effective plans. However, a significant point of frustration is the long wait time, particularly for drive-through COVID testing, which patients find ridiculous. Suggestions are made to improve time management through a scheduling system. Despite this operational issue, patients express strong loyalty, stating they will always go there first and recommend the clinic to others.
Dr. Dew and all of the nurses there are awesome. Had an unexpected procedure done during what was supposed to be a regular check-up, and they made me feel very comfortable and worry free. They knew I was really stressed about the issue, and they handled it with the utmost professionalism. They even worked me in the next day to check to see if I was healing properly. Will always go to them first!!!!
Dr Carlton and the ladies up front are probably the sweetest ladies and the best doctor I have ever seen. I love the staff at MEA byram. Thank you guys for all your help. They are so so so sweet and help me every Time I need it.!!!! 10 star from me!
Never again. The doctor here said one thing, and I went to another one right afterwards and they said something totally different and did blood work. Wasted over 2 hours here for nothing. Will not be returning.
