Brought my laptop in to transfer files to new computer. Charles was awesome and made the process easy answered all my questions. He help me after the fact I was lost working on my new pc. My laptop and Canon 743 printer were not "communicating" with each other, so I knew they needed some "counseling"
I did not know we had a computer repair here in Byram until I looked PC repair on the www. I really didn't want to drive to Jackson or Brandon or Flowood, so I drove 5 minutes from my home to ByramTech. I met Mr Charles at the front desk. He gave me a information form for me to fill out on what was going wrong. I wrote down what was wrong. I told him no rush. He called me a day later and he had fixed the "communication" issue. Best repair shop in Byram with great service. Took my Samsung S23 Ultra in for a cracked screen. I literally drove through the car wash and vacuumed my truck. Planned on having to wait when I returned but my phone was ready to go. He even gave me a $50 discount and a screen protector.
