Called y'all around 10:30 this morning with an AC problem. Was advise that you probably would not be able to help today, which I completely understand. Around 5PM the door bell rang and they y'all were. Unit was low on freon. I can't say enough about G2 Comfort, y'all are fantastic. Will highly recommend your company. Keep up the good work.
I called this morning and spoke to Michael, who said he thought he could get to me today. He came out and confirmed that my fan motor was not working, had to go get the correct part, and he sent his crew back to fix it. They were all so very kind and just good people! I learned about them from a Facebook post, and have had them work on my unit twice now. I know my old unit will have to be replaced eventually, and they will be the only company I call!
I called for my Mother-in-law when her bedroom AC went out. Her house was 82 at 11am. The guys were out within 30 minutes, on a Monday morning no less, and had her AC blowing cold again within 30 minutes of arrival! I cannot refer this company with more confidence!
