Worst service ever. I will never go here again.

This practice is completely worthless when you need them.

I recently experienced and emergency with my eyes that changed my prescription drastically. I was unable to see clearly more than 4’ in front of me. I couldn’t read or use a computer to do my job or simply check my email. They said they couldn’t get me. In for over two months.

You know what an eye doctor is two months from now when you can’t see? Worthless.

And they did not care in the least. I have been going here for years and they couldn’t care less that I needed immediate help.

I had lost a lens and needed to get it replaced…they told me they were booked up to November and I told them I needed to get the lens replaced…they told me to come in the following Wednesday which was today snd they worked me in…Dr. Smith examined my eyes and prescribed everything Some new glasses… Everyone did a great job and I did appreciate it…

Very professional and excellent service. There should be some way I could rate them 10 stars. I highly recommend them. I was personally taken care of by Mark. He was very thorough. Ivy
