I visited The Home Depot Online first for a trash bin delivered 4/22/25; it was delivered damaged. I returned to The Home Depot in Brookhaven Mississippi. I was able to get a newer trash bin. I received help from Jonathan Hunt in picking the right trash bin. Jonathan wash off the dust and loaded it for me after paying for the trash can. This trash had no damages or scratches. Jonathan was helpful, emphatic to my complaint, courteous and I left a happy customer with a better trash bin and customer service experience. The damaged filthy trash can and new clean trash bin.

Called to inquire about a product from plumbing, had my answer in less than 5 minutes. When I arrived at the store, the same gentleman that I spoke with on the phone assisted me with my purchase. I was in & out & on my way home to get water back in my house in less than 30 minutes. Thanks Home Depot for your great customer service!
