Was very rushed, didn't push cuticles, was very lumpy and when I tried to tell her to file something I was met with oh it's fine. Among many other unprofessional and cheap corners cut. I paid $65 and the gel is already coming off just a mere 6 hrs later. Very disappointing.

Brought my daughter in to get her nails done first time a lady done them (gel) they stayed on over 2 weeks we had to pry them off which was great! I brought her back a second time to get them done a man did them this go around I told him gel which I was charged $60 but for some reason some fell off the next day I’ll leave pics of the second day they are almost all fallen off my daughter said the man did not use the same as the lady so did he use something other than gel but charged me for it?? Why did the nails not stay on this time?? Has anyone else had this happen??

I'm very disappointed in the service I received. I went on a Thursday and got gel nails. 4 hrs later 3 were lifting and eventually came off. I called Friday morning and was told to come in when I got off work. I get there and he only re-polishes the 3 that had peeled. 4 hrs later the 3 he re-polished lifted and fell off eventually. I got up on Saturday morning and almost all of them had lifted. I pay $20 extra for gel polish to avoid these problems. Then to go back and not to be offered to re-polish just in case it was the polish didn't make sense to me.
