We had a little mixup on my standing spray. I called immediately and was upset. They made it right. They brought a gorgeous blue and white silk flower arrangement! With a solar cross at the top...and she left me the beautiful wooden cross too. I appreciate what they did. I would recommend them whole heartily.

Nothing but good things to say about Berthas! I ordered flowers for a dear friend having a little girl and they had the most beautiful flowers delivered in 15 minutes!! Mrs. Lori was the sweetest when I called and they put together exactly what I asked for. Will be using them here on out.
