I have been to the facility several times and I can honestly say the customer service couldn't have been any better. The security measures are extreme which makes storing something there more comforting. I rented a U-Haul from this location for my move from Brookhaven, MS to Yellville, AR. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was my first and hopefully last time to move using a U-Haul and I highly recommend moving this way.
