HUGE thank you to Jason Bryant and Pool Works for going above and beyond!! In 2019, after much anticipation and planning, Jason and his team at Pool Works built the pool and outdoor living space we dreamed of. From the choice of stone for the coping, steps, installation of the spa and lighting, and lots of extra accommodations, Jason was there to partner and guide us in creating the perfect pool and outdoor space that our family will enjoy for years to come. Years have flown by but I noticed after this very wet winter, the water accumulation in an area against our stone wall and apron were significant and starting to leave stains on the concrete. We live on a hill with a lake below. I decided to reach out to Jason, tell him about the situation and ask for his advice and help. Even though it had been 4 plus years since Pool Works completed our pool, he responded and sent his crew who knew exactly what to do. With precision, they chiseled a small drain to allow the water to escape. Jason sent another crew out to hand dig and install a connection to our existing drain. Water is gone! Jason, Pool Works, we can’t thank you enough for your willingness to follow through even years later!
