Very knowledgeble. Prices unbeatable. Wasn't looking gor yhe top notch bells and whistles in a PC, and they had exactly what I was looking for and some definately within my budget.
I came in to see if they had any screws to secure some enterprise SSDs for a server. The gentleman at the front counter and I fished through a cup of screws to see if we could find any. We were able to find 22 specialty screws, so I now have enough for the job and additional drives if I can find some more before the deployment.
He had to come up with a price because it was a handful of loose screws, and the price was much lower than the time and trouble he saved me by making the extra effort to help me.
