I came in to see if they had any screws to secure some enterprise SSDs for a server. The gentleman at the front counter and I fished through a cup of screws to see if we could find any. We were able to find 22 specialty screws, so I now have enough for the job and additional drives if I can find some more before the deployment.
He had to come up with a price because it was a handful of loose screws, and the price was much lower than the time and trouble he saved me by making the extra effort to help me. Great place. People are friendly. They do very quick work upon receiving whatever piece they have to order. I felt labor was a little pricier than I would have liked compared to others, but the responsiveness of the people and keeping you in the loop made up for it.
