Everyone is so nice and accommodating, quick appointment, excellent communication, wonderful technician that's efficient, transparent and a delight to talk to. Hands down the best HVAC company in town.
Central Heating and Cooling is excellent. They respond quickly and fully repair my issues anytime requested. They have a friendly, professional staff. I have used their services for years and plan to continue.
As new homeowners with our first HVAC issues, our air went out, they were able to get us on the schedule that same afternoon. Matthew arrived and quickly fixed the problem. The notifications letting us know he was on the way, when he would arrive, and introducing him beforehand made us feel very comfortable. He was also helpful in explaining what was going on and what to be on the lookout for.
When the unit went out again a week later, Matthew returned that same day and ended up figuring out that the outlet was not supplying enough power to the unit. He spent a while working in the hot attic till he figured it out. We appreciated all his efforts and the companies...read full review
