Excellent! Moved to Jackson from a small north MS town where, because of my work, I knew all the repair professionals and always got great service. I’ve been in Jackson about 10 years and repair work has been lots more expensive, less professional and generally sketchy. Brent is the exception…called me back promptly, came right on time and quickly diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator. I called Brent to ask about repairing my ice maker. He came the next day, looked at a few things and discovered the problem within a few minutes. He told me how much the total cost to repair my ice maker would be including the parts. I told him to go ahead and order the parts. A few days later, he called me when the parts had arrived and came back to fix the ice maker. He was finished in about 30 minutes, which included cleaning up after himself. Brent is a professional, who does a great job at a fair price.
