Married to the owner for my entire life, I want to say, his word was his contract. He valued his clients and loved them so much. He worked the day he passed. I am his wife and plan to keep his company strong, just as he had it. I will live by his example, if he had a complaint or bad review, I can promise he always tried to make it right. He would say when you have employees and work with people, someone, somewhere, something will go wrong, but you have to make it right. We taught our children and he stressed to his employees, always leave it better than you found it. You have my word as the new company emerges with me and new staff; we will always hold true to that....read full review
