We are so sick and tired of going to Walmart on Pass rd or Switzer and people asking for money. They are now on the inside of Walmart asking for money! It's like dang we just want to grocery shop. You also feel bad because you don't know if they are running game on you. We know that majority everyone is having it hard but this is so frustrating.

I called today to the Walmart Supercenter Store located on Switzer Rd. Biloxi Mississippi wanting to purchase a car battery from the auto dept. The Walmart Representative Operator connected me to the Automotive Department. I waited on the phone for over 3 minutes no one would answer so I hung up and called back again. The same Walmart Representative Operator answered the phone and told me she would try again, and I waited 2 more minutes then hung up and I called back. Then the same Walmart Representative Operator tells me there's probably no one back there. My question is since Walmart advertises they have the lowest prices on everything in their store. We'll if I can't call and ask a sales person to see if Walmart Supercenter Store has my battery then who in this Walmart Supercenter Store can I call?

Walmart never answers the phones for any department, but on the off chance they do, you asked to be transferred to a department and it just rings and rings and rings and rings and rings until customer service picks back up and transfers you again, then it just rings and rings and rings and rings then BEHOLD... customer service AGAIN LOL.
