“Senses Spa and Salon at the IP Biloxi is a great place. The front desk staff is always helpful and patient. Sophie, Kaitlyn, Aubrey, Steve, Abby.....the best team! Tiffany and Rebecca are both excellent hair stylist....love them! I only get my pedicures at the IP and I never have a preference of service providers because they are all so good ...Allen, Devon, and Tiffany. These ladies are top notch! The Spa area, exercise room and lounges are always clean, calming and inviting. They have everything you need and the hosts are always their to help. I absolutely love the facials. I think I have tried them all. I had the Deluxe Hydafacial today...it was great and Ashley did a super job! I also love the estheticians (Mandy, Ashley, Renee and Jamie). I guess I want to share that the staff here is ultra professional, super friendly and genuinely care about their clients and they strive to give the best service each visit.
