We were scheduled to have the tech a week after the ice maker went out. The part ordered for it came within the week of it breaking. We had several appointments set by Sears, but they kept changing it to a later date. They finally came today, more than a month later.

Corey was great! However, your scheduling department is terrible. I stayed home all day June 6 and even cancelled my doctor appointment. I kept receiving changes in my appointment times and it was finally cancelled at 5:30. I am sure someone in scheduling could have informed me that the repairman would not make it to my house before 5:30 PM.

The technician arrived on time. She disassembled the LG Dryer and looked for possible issues. She thoroughly vacuumed the dryer and made suggestions on possible causes. She did find a missing magnet that possibly could have caused the squeaking. However once she reassembled the dryer the issue was resolved. Great job.
