We have an annual trip to come to Biloxi and stay at what used to be Balmoral Inn. And things were great then with the current owner but all good things have to come to an end. The last and final time we stayed there was two years ago. We booked our rooms in advance before the business switched owners and they dropped the ball there and didn't even know we booked our rooms! This place has the potential to be a 5-star vacation destination. In order for it to qualify it would need a major renovation. The website shows pictures and videos of the way it use to look. Let me be clear, the rooms make you feel dirty and while it comes with a kitchen - you will NOT have a desire to cook, much less sleep. We booked a week and left after the second night. It is very close to the beach (one street back) and again it has the potential to be an excellent place. It just needs a lot of TLC.
