On-Site Computer, llc
“I cannot recommend William enough! He repaired my work computer and email issues faster than I ever expected, and his communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. He kept me updated every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and made what felt like a huge disaster completely stress-free.
His pricing was incredibly fair, especially considering the quality of service he provided. As someone who relies on my computer every single day for work, he quite literally saved my sanity (and it honestly felt like he saved my life, too! 😅).
If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and genuinely cares about helping his customers, William is your guy. I'll absolutely be calling him again for any future computer issues and recommending him to everyone I know. Thank you again, William!”
