Brook is an absolute GEM! A friend recommended her to me back in April. I walked in with a nightmare of damage and horrible color left from a previous stylist and attempting to go natural and grow out my grey and achieve some kind of coherency in the process. Consults with others did not want to touch my hair outside of a treatment. It was that bad, but Brook gave me realistic expectations and a gameplan. I just had my 3rd visit and I am LOVING the results and my hair is finally back on the path of healing. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

Emily is great! She’s very welcoming, attentive, and asked me that if I didn’t like anything to please let her know before she finished my nails. That was very professional of her. I recommend her 100%

I had such a great experience at Hidden Gem! From the moment I walked in, the space felt warm and welcoming, and the whole vibe was so relaxed. Jade was my stylist and she was amazing—super sweet, professional, and really took her time to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I was nervous about losing length after growing my hair out for years, but she listened and gave me exactly what I needed. My hair looks and feels fantastic—I honestly left feeling like a new woman! Can’t wait to book with her again.
