After a local banker recommended Rick and Epic Homes to us, we contacted Rick and presented our home plans and expectations. I called and the owner Rick answered the call, that in itself was impressive. We had a nice conversation about what I was planning, I didn't feel rushed on the phone, and can't wait to meet him Wednesday! He was friendly and professional, I felt like we were talking face to face. This is going to be a great experience!
