Stevens, great service friendly! Knowledgeable! Great price on the air dryer is double from Nevada ,so we must order and get delivered, but that's not on Steven is on the greedy management!
I have been bringing my truck to Empire Truck for several years now during my home time anytime I need maintenance or have any issues with truck. The service department has always taken great care of any issues with truck and in a timely manner. And they always double check to see if covered under warranty including parts and labor when applicable. Highly recommended
We were on our way to Atlanta Motor Speedway in our motorhome when we hit a few bumps the dash lit up, the check engine light and the def light came on. So we decided to stop in at empire truck sales in biloxi to get it checked out. We were met by Don Ballard and he hooked us up to his computer and did some trouble shooting and got us all fixed up and we were back on the road in no time. Thank you Don for taking great care of us.
