These guys cleaned our carpets about 8-10 months ago and they looked AWESOME afterwards! We have used other services, but our carpets never looked as good as after Crazy Clean was here. About 2 weeks ago we scheduled them to clean our carpets and clean tile grout. Again, EXCELLENT work! The grout looks amazing too! Earlier this week, we decided to rearrange furniture in a room and realized there was an area about 4ft. x 6ft. that really needed cleaning. We called them, told them what we had done and needed, and they were able to come out the next day because it was a small job. They arrived exactly when they said they would and began their setup... which took considerably longer than the actual carpet cleaning... Total time about 45 minutes. I work from home in the summer and I was "doing my job" as they did theirs. I had gone to get my checkbook so I could pay them. I knew they were loading up their gear and expected the tech (very nice lady who's name deserts me... and also had her young daughter with her as a helper... awesome!) to come back in for payment. In my "work stupor," I then realized they had left... without payment! Well, I felt HORRIBLE that I had not paid them and reached out through voicemail to let them know and see how I could pay. I promptly got a response (through text, and then a follow-up) that no payment was needed because the area was so small and they thanked me for my patronage. WOW! Just WOW! I realize this is quite a long and thorough review, but these folks are OUTSTANDING!
