The lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, in addition to being sympathetic. I took my puppy in after she had eaten ibuprofen. It only took a minute or so and she was being treated. Which only took another few minutes. I think we were in and out in less than an hour. All of the staff was great. I will seek out their pricing for routine care.
I can't say enough good things about my experience at Beach View. We had a Saturday morning incident with my dog and it felt like a miracle that Beach View was open and had an available appointment. We live in north Mississippi so being nowhere near our normal vet also added extra anxiety. The staff was absolutely amazing and was very thorough. They have since worked with our regular vet to explain what procedures were performed to help the aftercare go smooth. They were very reasonably priced as well. I fully expected a much higher bill for a Saturday appointment.
All I can say is WOW!!! What an awesome Veterinary office. We are from out of state and had to take our Morkie for a follow-up booster shot while staying in Biloxi. Not only is Dr. Sutton caring and knowledgeable, but the entire staff is caring and compassionate. From the time you walk in until you leave they make you feel like family.
