took off a day of work for a 8-4 window for them to never show up. in a brand new house with a non functioning stove top. couldn't get ahold of anyone no one would return calls. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY OCCASION!!! They are the worst
Hands down one of the most pleasant repair visits I’ve ever had. Placed a warranty claim through Lowe’s for a whirlpool washer that stopped working. Received a phone call first thing in the morning from an extremely pleasant lady. Norbert showed up at my house at 3 pm and had the washer fixed and running by 3:20. All I can say is OUTSTANDING!!
Had a standing appt. today 8-5 waited all day NO SHOW NO COURTESY CALL!!! Tried calling office no answer!!! Saw reviews and they were terrible all of them!!! Bought extended warranty from Lowes....
